Tom Watson…IBM…. was asked how to succeed…..I love his answer. Double your failure rate….. Profound thought… more pain, more gain, but that requires motivation and habits. Remember habits make and can break you. It’s a choice and you’re the decision maker…. no one else… and you can’t blame your mother or whoever…..the buck stops with you…. Just go and do…. Too many people have the greatest plans, but no execution… just execute…. you’re judge not by effort, but results……so tee it up…….Terry
